Rubbish Expensive Festina Watch

I bought a FESTINA CHRONO BIKE watch on the 21st December 2009 for R2700.00 after discount, just under a year later the hands came loose, swivelling around. In December 2010 the watch was sent in to S.BACHER for repairs, when we collected the watch we were presented with a BILL OF R450.00! There after over a period of ten months the watch went in for repairs five time as the hands kept on coming loose. During this time we struggled to get a refund, S.Bacher refused to acknowledge that they provided us with a piece of rubbish, they did not care, it was not their problem anymore. Finally they agreed to supply us with another watch, this watch lasted a whole two years until yesterday 24 Oct 2013 when we noticed that the hands on this watch had also come loose. DO NOT TOUCH FESTINA!!!
