Shoes returned and no response from retaile

On January 8th 2013 i purchased shoes from Topshop gateway,
I then returned the shoes to the supplier early March.
I have still not heard from the store regarding the shoes which were peeling.
I tried numerous times calling the store but got cut off every time.
All i require is a credit slip to purchase new shoes from the store.
Shocking service and untrained staff
