I bought new shoes last Thursday at Via Uno - Gateway. I only wore this shoes once - today. But the shoes started to crack and peeling off. The heel of the shoe broke into 2 pieces and came off. I called the store and complained that after few hours of wearing these shoes they are already broken. I was told that there is nothing they could do as the shoes were on sale.

I will never ever buy shoes from this store ever again i my life. Their shoes are beatiful from outside but they are bad quality. I'm very disappointed and hurt.
