2 pairs of shoes. Both terrible quality. No refund

Middle of 2013, purchase Polo leather shoes. Within week leather peeling off all over shoes. Returned them. they would not refund me. convinced me to buy a very plain pair of Barter shoes instead. Within a week, I was back exact same issue - leather peeling off all over shoes. I returned the shoes and asked for my money back - again. Refused and shoes sent away to Barter. 2 months later! Many visits & phone-calls, no response. Eventually, manager calls stating that foot powder I use in shoes led Barter to believe I was in construction sites & that the shoe damage was my fault! keep in mind that I had the shoes for just 1 week and I am an MD of an IT company. I drive to work and back and sit at a desk. I want my money back! They refuse and offer to send shoes for repairs! from 1 week use! unacceptable and I wish to warn all consumers at this embarrassing level of service.
