Bad attitude from Store manage

As i am writing this, I am still fuming from anger... I still dont believe that black clients are still mistreated from the store managers. I finded the comment made by the Store Manager at Beares-, as she called me "YOU PEOPLE" and also calling me a. I bought furniture in december 2012 and when they deliverd one of the couches was damaged, it took them 2 months to have it repaired and after they kept on passing the buck and I was the one following up&wasitng my airtime. The problem was only resolved on the 26th march&i told them i would pay my account once they deliver the repaired good and payment will be made today the 5th April. Now the consultant called to asked me again when am i paying the account, when I tell her i will do so today before 6pm, she passed on the phone to the store manager, who started shouting at me, sayin i am a and she is tired of hearing from "you people" and then she hanged up. What i dont understand, what gives her the right to judge me and also call me a? I have never received such bad attitude from a store manager, that was customer abuse. she has no right of judging and threatining me.
