In septemeber 2011 I bought a lounge suite from Bears then in May 2012 it got torn they took it for repairs however they only repaired a 3 seater couch the other 2 couches were never repaired I complained and nothing was done in July last year i went again to them and complained that it was peeling off and the store manager told me that it was a leather touch instead of genuine leather and it had a tag from grafton everest that said genuine leather then in November 2012 i went to complain again this time they fetched all 3 couches and fixed 2 out of 3 then it got torn while they were trying to put it inside the house i went and complained again but nothing was done and last week i recieved a cll from their agents telling me that they recieved a call from the store to say the query has been resolved but it was not i PAID R20.000 FOR A LOUNGE SUITE THAT HAD PROBLEMS FROM THE BEGINING BEARS IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND I AM SO UNHAPPY ABNOUT HOW MY QUERY HAS BEEN HANDLED.
