Been stuck with damaged lounge suite since May '13

I bought the lounge suite in Feb 2013 which got damaged a month after i bought it, i reported it to the branch manager (Alida) and it took the store 2months to exchange it for the new one. the same problem occured with the new one in May and since then i'm strugling with the store manager to refund me as, i dont want the lounge suite anymore for obvious reasons. i called the head office where i spoke to Tshidi my ref no:197636 but the problem is its not helping as i've been sitting with it for 3weeks now. please assist coz i dont know what to do, all i want is them to come remove their damaged goods in my apartment and give me my money as i made it clear that i want nothing else from that store but my money.

the Branch Manager doesnt practise good customer service as she's been playing me around for months now, clearly bears doesnt care much like their advert is claiming, coz if that were true my problem should have been sorted a long time ago.

Worried and very dissappointed customer.
