Paying my installments but no goods to show for it

Good day
Its 2014 and i purchased a lcd television from the beares furniture store in protea glen mall IN 2010. The TV stopped working after 9 days of taking delivery, after which i returned it to the store. As per the sales agreement it was agreed that the tv would be taken in for repairs and returned to me after 7 days. Promises were made that the tv would be repaired and returned to me, which has hasn't been the case. Whilst these promises were made i had continued to honor the contract by paying the stipulated installment for 3 months. After still not receiving the tv and continuously being asked to pay I decided to request a cancellation of the contract as I hadn't received a repaired tv but had to pay my installments. I write to you as African bank has recently requested a payment settlement of R22000 for my beares account.
