Paying for a Lounge suite In dont have

I purchased a 3 piece leather lounge suite in July 2011 from Beares furniture shop. I took the lounge suite on account and my installments are R1080.00 per month. The lounge suite was delivered and I was happy. December 2011 the lounge suite literally started falling apart at the seams, the support bulks started breaking. I logged a call with Beares 21 January 2012 and did not received any feedback. I kept calling until finally June 2012 their warehouse phoned me asking to pick up the damaged furniture I agreed. No one pitched. This continued for a whole 6 months Beares kept phoning promising to pick up the furniture I kept swearing. I finally decided to go into the shop (Southgate) and I got a answer, Beares finally picked up the suite 31 January 2013 a whole 1 year 6 months later. The guys that picked up the lounge suite promised me it will only take 1 week. 3 weeks went by no update from the manager I decided to phone he promised me it will be delivered before the 21st February 2013. Today is the 07 March I still do not have a lounge suite or any response from the manager. Do In have the right for a refund after so long?
