Damaged goods

I bought a lounge suite at Fairdeal Furnishers in Pietermaritzburg on the 25 March 2013. When we opened the couches in store with the manager and the sales person, we found that the couches were damaged and she launched a complaint same time to the DC. On the following day I recieved a call from the DC promising me that they were going to exchangse the goods before the end of the week, up untill today they have not exchanged the couches and when I go to the store they sending from pillar to post. I've had enough of their empty promises now, please help me. Even today I went to the store and the store manager called the head office but the could not give any directive as to what she must do about the compliant.
