Attitude at return of substandard tiles

I have been doing renovations at home and have, together with bu8ilder, purchased just less 100 sq meters of ceramic A grade tiles. On Saturday 14th December I purchased 30 square metres of Urbane "A
Grade" tiles. On checking the boxes of tiles at home it was obvious that 10 square meters (5 boxes of tiles) were rejects as every tile in the box had almost a groove running through it. I contacted CTM and they agreed to take them back which is in line with their policy. However when arriving at CTM this morning with the tiles this morning they had a very bad attitude. I was kept waiting and basically ignored. There was no apology or regret but just the type of attitude as if they were doing me a favour. Totally ignored was that I had to travel approx 60 kms and waste almost 2 hours of my time. The factory was blamed but no mention was made that normal inventory procedure is that delivered stocks are placed in a quarantine area and quality checked before being taken into stock. What also worried me that on their "goods returned note " the reason for the return was shown as "exchange" and not "reject stock". This worries me as these tiles will probably be sold to some other sucke
