Bad attitude, Bad Service, Our Stock missing

We bought tiles from CTM Boksburg in January. The sales person who assisted us is Prince. We scheduled for the delivery to take place in February and they agreed. They even promised us that they will pack our stock aside so that when we need them we will just come and collect us. Those promises were never met. When we came to collect the tiles 9 boxes were missing and it took about 2 weeks of phoning and complaining to them before they got new tiles for us only in Pretoria. We were not only dissapointed but also suprised on how CTM Boksburg treat its customers. They have a dont care attitude towards their customers. Prince was never helpful and Pule managed to get the tiles for us. A week ago we also found out that they packed different tiles for us. Now we want them exchanged with different tiles and they told us they dont have matching tiles but they are only available in Maseru, Betlehem and Mosselbay, however if we need them we have to pay for transport. I am so angry at that statement. Whose fault is it??? who packed the wrong stufff??? It would have been a different story if we bought a small quantity. Please CTM assist me. Should we known we could have gone to competitors
