Builders warehouse not helpful at all

I Purchased tiles from Builders Warehouse in January and left them there because though I was not ready to tile the house yet, due to on-going renovations, I still wanted to take advantage of the sale price. I told the salesperson that I would pick the tiles up when I was ready. I went back day before yesterday to ask that the order be delivered but was told that they had no stock of the tile. I was told that they don't keep orders more than 14 days. When I bought the tiles and I told the salesperson I was not ready to take them and probably would be ready for a while (I mentioned the word months incidentally) he at no time told me that I would have to collect them in 14 days time. As the house was undergoing extensive renovations, I was in and out of the store on a regular basis. I was well known to the staff there and still nobody told me that I need to take the tiles, instead they just sold my order. There was no apology for their mistake, in selling what I had already paid for to someone else. Instead I was told "I should have come for the tiles earlier" and "there's nothing we can do". I found a tile store that can assist me, so if you need tiles go to Malls. You wont be sorry
