Defective tiles and poor effort to resolve issue

I purchased tiles from Union Tiles on 4 April 2013. I mentioned that I planned to use them on my balcony and was sold an additional sealant to protect the tiles.

About 3 months later the tiles began developing holes in them. I laid a complaint with the company on 22 June 2013. The company proposed filling the holes with grout, which I was initially skeptical off. I agreed to give it a try. They sent a tiler over to try and he noted that there was something wrong with the tiles. He said that the issue couldn't be fixed with grout after trying to fill them. He even called Union Tiles to tell them while he was at our home.

Each time I've tried to follow up I am told they will resolve the issue and they promise to get back to me. They never call back. The last excuse was that Mario was in Johannesburg. More recently he has been busy with a stock take. The dates of our last attempts to get an answer were:
15 August -phone call
17 August - went to store and were told they would revert on 19th August
Once in the week of the 21st August
31st August

In my view they seem to be giving us a run around and avoiding replacing tiles.
