Discontinuation of stock

We redid our bathrooms 6 months ago, we used tiles CTM had a display of in the store which cost us -R 160 per square, today we went back to CTM to get more of these specific tiles as four of the tiles has to be replaced just to be informed that they discontinued the stock and that it is no longer available, sorry for us. This is totally unacceptable, this was not years ago and it was not stock on special but nobody once cared to mention that even though we are buying expensive new tiles these will be discontinued within the next year!
