I am so tired of calling, emailing & writing complaints to which we either receive no response at all or we get "We will sort this out for you and get back to you soonest" to which we hear nothing! The service & overall shopping experience at @Home is absolutely horrendous. It has always been a problem for me, regardless of which branch I was at but up until this year I simply dreaded going into a store but when need be would go in knowing that I would be in there for a very long time, as service or rather the lack of is terrible. We had a gift registry with @Home for our wedding in March & I cannot tell you the number of guests who complained about the service, to the point that we were highly embarrassed & my mother in law took it upon herself to write letters of complaints. Then we received a coffee machine, which when opened had parts missing & the parts that were there were damaged- clearly a demo model (which is inexcusable for a R2500 product) Lastly we ordered a dinning unit in November & after spending an hour in store today - April, were told that it had arrived but that it never actually passed quality control so we won't be getting this unit! I am utterly disgusted!!
