No response for bad chicken and food poisoning

I bought their ready made hot meal it was peanut butter chicken, being in a sauce you trust its just meat and fresh as ever as they apparently cook the meals daily. I ate one picece and it was just fat and sinew and the little bit of chicken made feel nauseous. So being a daily customer there I emailed the customer care manager as it tells you to do for anything complaints etc. Got no reply at all this was last Friday. I had food poisoning and was ill for all of friday and Saturday.By yesterday as I had still heard nothing I re-emailed and cc'd hobart spar customer care directly and added the info about the food poisoning. Not a single word from either of them. I really am appauled I spend R3000 per week there and they obviously could not care less about their cutomers and keeping them!
