I created a wedding gift registry at the @Home store (Canal Walk branch) and Sales Assistant advised that guests can just give my name to access registry at any branch. 10 days before the wedding some guests couldn't access it. I then emailed the customer care from my work email address & added all my contact details in the mail to enquire about it. I went on leave & had no access to my work email because I don't have it on any of my mobile devices. No-one contacted me on my personal email address. 2 weeks later when I got back to work (after the wedding) I saw that I received a mail from Adalene Kellerman SIX DAYS LATER requesting my details as well as my fiance's. I then explained the above to her &also expressed my utter disappointment because I feel that as a customer, this is ill-treatment because I'm actually directing traffic to @Home as opposed to any other home ware store. I'm creating business for@Home & could not even show me courtesy by responding sooner or even contacting me on my personal email address like Mr Price Home did because I experienced the same problem with them. I did not receive any apology & yet need to redeem vouchers I received. Bad Customer Experience
