Gift registry DISASTER, no response to complaints

This is now my THIRD complaint to Woolworths and so I thought perhaps HelloPeter would be more efficient at obtaining a response on my behalf. I have not yet received a response on the other two complaints that I made, even though you are promised a response within 48 hours. It has now been days, actually a week.
At my engagement party all the ladies discussed the terrible service they received from Woolworths (gift registry). I am livid because I selected you for my registry and in doing so have completely embarrassed myself and also subjected my guests to a horrible shopping experience for a gift for MYSELF!
To add insult to injury I had guests feeling terrible as now they had bought me doubles or even triples of the same item! What was the point in me making a registry??.A registry that was such a mission to set up anyway!
What poor service from a store that apparently offers "the difference everyday". Go have a look at my registry list, it shows that ZERO items have been purchased - pathetic! From the moment I asked Woolworths to help create my registry I have just been disappointed, and since then I have just caused all my guests the same disappointment and frustration
