Gift registry created online not picked up in sto

I am tired, frustrated and in utter disbelief of the systems, quality and customer care in place at Mr Price Home. We went to create a gift registry in store last year December an were told it is no longer done in store and we have to register online. I proceeded to open an online gift registry, was given confirming email and gift registry no and added the gift registry details to wedding invite and sent to guest. A week before wedding I went to check list in store, they could not pick up registry and called customer care. Apparently systems have changed to instore registrations and the online registrations cannot be picked up. They said everyone who registered online will have to redo their registries in store. Thank u Mr Price for the monumental mess up, with a week left to wedding I have to redo registry. All guest have to be contacted and emailed with new registry details and you rake no responsibility for changing your systems and not doing a proper job of it. What about the brides who have no clue their gift registries won't b picked up because 2 weeks ago you decided to revert back to in store gift registries? With a week left to wedding it's not fair!
