Yesterday at about 16:16 I received a call (0313331500) from a girl by the name of Thandeka on behalf of Edgars. Well she thanked for me paying my account R500 and she asked me why I didn't the full amount, I told her I will pay the outstanding R149.84 with the next payment which be total R484.24. She started asking me why I didn't pay the full amount, I explained then she asked me when Will i pay I told her I will pay the full amount on 30 April. Her answer was why should they trust me because I couldn't pay the full amount I owed as I was explaining that she said " thank You sir " She dropped the phone. Late after that insult from Thandeka I received an SMS stating that my payment is overdue I must make payment the someday, and that mind u was round about 18:00. I must say Thank you Thandeka for making my decision to leave Edgars easy, you win a cup for the most pathetic customer service eve
