Good day,

I have visited your Pick & Pay in Princess Crossing, and I was looking for a laptop back, as I was strolling through the shop, the cleaning lady, Fikile, of DQ Cleaning greeted me and asked if she can help, I explained to her what I am looking for, and she showed me.
As I was strolling through the shelf trying to make up my mind, one of your other staff members apporached me, whom Fikile called to assist.
Even though I did not get what I was looking for, however I was totally left inspired with the great service that I have recieved from Fikile (and she is contracted to Pick and Pay) and that says so much more about her attitude, toward me as a client
Please extend my gratidue towards her, and her immediate manager, thank you and well done
