Edgars ruining my ITC Credit score

My Edgars account was in arrears for a while (my fault)
i then made arrangements to pay off the amount monthly, and finally had a chance to settle the full amount

My Account with Edgars was then paid in full and i have never had a call from them since.

6 Months Down the line, Edgars still reflects as unpaid on my ITC record, which caused me further damage to my record. this is really unacceptable!! Why did they not clear my name?

it seems that if you do wrong... they list you... but when you actually settle, they just don't care!!
