Staff and manger speaking ill in zulu to family

On the 10th Sep 2013 my family went to order a meal at Nando's Sun coast, the cashier named Thandeka was so unfriendly, I had ordered a full chicken with 4 rolls, a mealie and asked her prices of the chips, then ordered a large. On payment I noticed she did not repeat my order and did not charge for the chips to which my wife went to ask why, She rudely says we did ask for that so we called her manager a Mr. Xolani, who even admitted hearing us ask for the chips, upon seeing this Thandeka starts to speak in Zulu to other workers and the manager also joins in saying "I know these kind of people" not realizing I speak Zulu and questioned him then he said I will give you chips but please keep quiet, my family and I were now really upset as he encouraged his staff to speak out in Zulu as they pleased and when I told Thandeka to repeat the order as others do she simply ignored me walked away and the manager just said be quiet. I will not allow this kind of treatment to my family, if Thandeka does not need her job she should be removed as public deal with such arrogance and Nando's need staff competent. My receipt NO: is 27 (chk827) I want Thandeka out and this needs to sorted out.
