CLOSING EDGARS ACCOUNT!

I am R46 in arrears at Edgars, I am aware of that and will make the payment as soon as I can. The issue here is that I've been called three times this week at work to "remind me to pay the overdue amount" and I've received three sms's (also in this week) to remind me of the outstanding R46. The last payment I've made was on Monday and this was allocated today and deducted from my account after I've made a call to the accounts deptartment this morning. During this call the lady asked me again when payment will be done and I responded as soon as I can. About three hours later I received another call at work to "remind me to pay the overdue amount", I snapped and hung up. I understand that I had to be notified of the overdue account but seriously, this "harassment" is unacceptable! I'm treated like a criminal not a client. I've been a loyal client for the past 7 years and I've noticed that the client service worsened, there is no service! I'm fed-up with Edgars, I'm settling my account tomorrow and closing it permanently. Hopefully I will succeed to do so without any mishaps.
