Sin to be in Financial Strain

I am a bit under pressure with finances at the moment and was paying my edgars account R500 pm. I got a call and the Edgars respresentative asked if I could please make an arrangement to pay the balance at that stager R1610 of R550pm over 3months. I agreed and have been doing so everymonth, on time and havent missed a payment, please keep in mind I now only owe the last amount R550. Having said that, I have never in my life been harassed so much by anyone, I get calls weekly even on public holidays, even on the easter Monday, after I had paid them that previous Friday. I constantly get smses saying they are puting me on ITC and that I must pay the outstanding amount immediately to avoid legal action. My question is, after I agreed to the amount that edgars asked me to pay over the 3 month and I stuck to that arrangement, why do they harass me! Dont they have computers where they note arrangements and remark on the different situations for their different clients, I cant wait to pay them and never use Edgars again, its a sin to be a little under financial strain with them
