I recently went to settle my fiancee's Edgars account. I told them that I wanted to settle the outstanding amount. The cashier then told me what the outstanding amount was. I told her that its fine I want to pay the whole amount. She said okay and started the transaction. When the slip printed that I needed to sign the amount on the slip was a monthly installment instead of the whole outstanding amount as I requested. The best of all is that there were 2 cashiers when I requested the payment of the full amount and both of them where unable to process my request.
