MY wife purchased a Nokia C3 Cellphone from Foschini in Johannesburg and with in the first 3 months of ownership i had a problem with the phone. The phone came back and i was told it was repaired. A month later another problem again, took the phone in for repair again. Got the phone back again told sorted now should have no problems. A month later again another problem, so they replaced the hand set with what they claim was a new phone. Well i am thinking good i should have no problems!!! 7 months down the road another problem with the so called new hand set, by this time i have lost all confidence in this model of phone, so take it in for repair to the Foschini Store Cape Gate and ask them to please pass my message on that i do not have any confidence in this model any longer as i now have had two phones in less than two years. Anyway they tell me the phone must be repaired and that i just have to accept this but they will take care of me if there is a problem with the phone. Four months go by and once again another problem i am now DONE so i deal with a Regional Manager, Customer Service Manager and their Cellphone Manager and guess what sorry customer all we can do is keep repairing
