Zinzi and Anna - No customer service

I popped into the Game store to quickly get some items. After quickly locating the items, I looked around for someone to assist with quantity and pricing. After tracking down Anna who was more interested in breaking down boxes (a task that could have waited) than dealing with a customer, who then paged Zinzi who leisurely walked down each aisle to look for someone else who was nowhere to be found in a store that was relatively quiet. I was disgusted that my rather simple query was being handled by individuals who showed no respect for my time so I left without being able to purchase the goods.
