I can't believe what I just experienced at the Cell C, Westgate.

I went to the store to return the Samsung Galaxy S3, which I got on Wednesday the 13th on contract. The phone wouldn't charge. The store manager Raymond checked it out and agreed that it was faulty. I said I wanted a new phone as it was 3 days old & it was the first time that I'd tried to charge it. I was then told it was strictly against company policy to do that. I said that was not good enough and to phone someone that could help me.

The manager called customer services and told me to speak to a supervisor, explain and see if they could help me The woman on the phone said she does not talk to customers & that the store knows how to sort it out - simply cancel the contract & issue a new one with a new phone. I handed the phone back to the manager who didn't seem to agree with what lady said on the phone. The consultant that helped me originally on Wednesday, Doris, then came over and verbally abused me in the store in front of the manager, other staff and customers!! I have never been spoken to like that, I felt humiliated! She had such a bad attitude! If I spoke to my customers that way, I'd be out of a jo
