I recently bought a phone as a gift for my daughter. When she didn't like the phone I bought, I returned it to the store. Their till slip clearly states that Cellphone refunds/exchanges will be done on return of the handset within 7 days. AND I did not miss the part where it says that Cellphones MAY NOT be refunded, but THEY DON'T STATE ON WHICH CONDITION? AT THE DISCRETION OF THE STORE MANAGER? It's ridiculous! I demand a full refund on this phone as I have never used it, and I returned it to the store with all it's contents, exactly the way it was packaged, and its brand new, It just left the store, then back again. I refuse to be stuck with something I can't even use. Good retailers and service providers have a policy where you can return a handset within 7 days, even if you use it. I regret ever using Edgars for anything. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
