Worst Service Ever In Mzansi

I bought a Lexmark printer in 2010 at Hi Fi Corp in Klerksdorp which was on special. About a month after the purchase, it broke down, I then took it in at the branch where I bought it. They sent me sms`s informing me it is ready for collection, and each time I got there, I get the same old stories that its either they are waiting for a certain part to be delivered. It is almost three years now, I still don`t have my printer and they are not telling me anything. I have since moved to Limpopo and its expensive to drive to Klerksdorp just to enquire. I am really tired of their. I just want my money back, I don't want stories.
