I have had my Lexmark Impact S305 printer for more than a year and suddenly encountered a printer head error. I contacted the Lexmark eSupport Team and was assisted by Giovanni. Within 4 days a new printer head and cartridges was delivered to my front door. This is some of the best service I have ever received and would like to thank Lexmark and especially Giovanni for the prompt and professional service I received
