We purchased a printer last year Aug 2012. The printer packed up went to makro as this where we bought it from they said we must phone Lexmark we did so got a consultant helping us said its the printhead that is faulty sent a new one and still problem persists had a chris contact us said will let us know whats happening and nothing. Bad service and this printer is under guarentee i cant run my business due to this printer not working replace with a new printer please
