Bad service

On 19/03/14 14:34 :19 i bought a printer from HiFi corporation and a week it was not reserving fix and i was thinking that it was network problem, everytime when i try to print it was giving an error! I dicede to take the printer back, i wanted them to give to give me something and I'll pay more but they didn't and we waited for more than 30 minutes to get and they didn't care about us because we are nothing because they have my money so what! It's not for the first time I'm getting this bad service. We went out the manager who was just standing at the door when we are waiting for him and when we complain to him, he said to us we can go to hello peter and report him! I said to him that it shows that you don't care about us and he said yes we can do want we want to do. And he promised me that he'll call the next day to tell me the report about the printer and he didn't call! I'm really not happy with the bad service that i always get in HiFi corporation!
