Items received late and damaged

Have received my order of Puma fashion shoes, late, but I am glad I received them. I would like them picked up from me as soon as possible and replaced as these are damaged and not acceptable. The one leg is completely creased and I can not use them. One leg is fine but the other is creased to a point where it is not usable because of the severity. I require a replacement pair as soon as possible. And I expect your urgent attention to this matter, I also expect that the replacement shoe will be dropped off when these are picked up.

You may check records with Cyril from Mr Delivery express with regards to my complaint minutes after receiving the item so you can not say I have used the items and damaged it. The delivery was done at 20.07, and I had contacted him at 20.15. His contact number is 083 780 1239.
