No feedback on damaged goods, replacement??

I received my order but one item was damaged. I phoned every single day and get the same message that courier will pick up the item. New one can only be ordered when Kalahari receive the damaged one. I am going on leave and needed this for a gift. I have NO gift, No refund, NO feedback!! I have to phone every time and even hold on for 30 minutes... So frustrated!!
