Two items order one received

I ordered two pairs of Ugg boots on the 26th of December, I received delivery of one pair on the 7th of January but not the other pair of boots (the more expensive pair). The paper that I received from CourierIT said that there are two pieces but I only got one box. I have requested that Zando please find out what happened to my other pair of shoes but all I get is that they will check their warehouse and then I hear nothing else. I have asked on Facebook and via email and have tried to remain calm and not make a fuss but it's getting me nowhere. If they don't have my shoes, and I don't have my shoes then the courier must have it. And as their supplier it is up to them to follow up and find my shoes. I have purchased a number of items from Zando but the minute I spend a large sum of money that item goes missing which means that I can't trust spending money on Zando because your items are bound to go missing and they are obviously too busy to worry about little old me. They are sweet on replies, all willing to help, but nothing comes of it. I actually don't blame the people I spoke to via email but the support team that is meant to find my shoes. Totally lost faith in Zando.
