Out of Stock but won't return my money

I urgently needed a pair of navy blue shoes which I found in their catalogue. After really struggling to open an account I got the call centre to open the account for me and place the order on my behalf. Once I had paid they said that the product was out of stock. I have had to find blue shoes elsewhere. Now I want my money back but if you thought opening an account was a struggle, try getting anyone to respond!
