ORDER PLACED 3 DEC - PAID BUT NOT RECEIVED

On the 3rd of December 2012 I placed an order for a pair of Launch pumps and Ipanema's order number #200641392. I paid the order in full and received my pumps shortly after. However, I understand the concept of no stock, but seven months for one pair of shoes? I have not received any correspondence after I asked to be informed when the stock was coming in. No attempt to return my money or supply something else or even an apology e-mail. I would really like this resolved.
