PHONE NOT BACK FROM THE REPAIRS

I took my phone to Edgars on the 27 March 2013. I was told that it is going to be ready between 2 to 6 weeks and they will call me when the phone is ready. I went there after six weeks I was told the phone was approved and I must pay R90 but the phone is with the repairs. I must wait they will call me but they never called me. I go there there several time with no response . upuntill today iam phoneless edgars employees are not coming back to me and i Keep on pauying for the insurance which not serving my needs. I AM VERY DISAPPONTED BY THIS ATTITUDE. when ever i Go there i look like a foo.l
