Firstly: I placed my first order with Zando on 11 January 2013, 3 items. 2-3 days after placing the order, I get an email saying that the kiddies shoes is outta stock (despite the website saying it has stock). 5 working days later (website says within 3 working days) the 2 items are delivered. I open the parcel, the mens shoes is in there and a kiddies sweater, and I ordered a kiddies shorts! The next day i send it back, the mens shoes was a return and the sweater had to be replaced.
When calling in to request when the shorts is going to be delivered, also few days after, the consultant says to me the system shows outta stock, the website shows that they have stock, up until today it still shows they have stock. they will refund the money, which they did.
its 31/1/ 2013 today, and I still have not received the refund (website says 5 working days) for the mens shoes. Its been 7 working days since it was returned. When calling the call centre the consultant says the refund was processed this morning and will take 5 working days from today for it to reflect in my account. so in total i have to wait 10 working days!
i placed another order & they were outta stock again! I am furious!
