No Stock & Pathetic Customer Service

Everytime I go to Edgars Sandton City, they never have anything in my size.
I am specifiacally looking for Stone Harbour Jeans. Size 38/40 (preferably 38) with a 34 leg.
They never have stock! EVER! If the is a 38 which is rare!! There is only a 32 leg.
When ever I go there is no staff to assist. I have to walk up to the Tills and have to wait at least 2 min before anyone asks if they can help me. I am normally assisted by someone that looks as tho they are a stock room packer or something with no badge or anything to show that they work for Edgars.
I have asked everytime I go there which has now been 4 seperate occasions & asked them to order 1x bootleg & regular black jean, 1x drk blue & lite blue regular & 2x bootleg drk blue & lite blue.
Each time I give my name, email address & number which is written on a scrap of paper.
No one EVER gets back to me to let me know if it has been ordered & when I can pickup!
Same goes for your shoes as well. I wanted to buy 2 nice pairs of bronx shoes. No assistant for shoes!
Must we wonder into your back storerooms to find our own shoes?! I needed shoes for my sisters wedding & waited 20min before someone came to assist in the shoe department!
