So on 18/01 I ordered a pair of shoes on Zando's website, paid via credit card &received confirmation of order. A little while later I get an email stating the shoe is out of stock & the supplier cannot replenish stock. I asked for a refund. On 21/01 I follow up on the refund & no reply, they only sent it to the finance dept it on 22/01 after me nagging & chasing them via Facebook. I also asked if the shoe was still available because it was on the website but no response. On 24/01 I see the same shoes on their website in a new promo & the shoes have gone up from R545.00 to over R900. I made contact on FB, they said they'd investigate, I also mailed Ashleigh & she says that the website shows there is 1 in stock & they are doing a stock take this weekend to solve the problem they are having. Why are they advertising shoes which they aren't even sure are in stock? Surely this is false advertising & poor customers have to wait weeks for their refunds (I'm on day 6 and still no refund) because Zando are inefficient! I don't want an apology or investigation, I want my shoe at the sale price or my money back as quickly as you took it!
