I have bought 11 pairs of shoes from you and would have continued to buy from you but you lost me completely. I bought a pair of shoes on the 6th of August 2013 and wore them to my daughters baptism on the 11th of August 2013. After 20 minutes the diamante started falling off. On Tuesday the 13th of August 2013 I contacted Zando and sent them pictures. They collected my shoes and apologized informing me that they do not have any size 8's available but will refund me into my bank account. Yesterday I contact Zando to find out why I have not received my refund and was told my request was rejected as the shoes cannot be re-sold. So now you have my shoes and my money? Is that not???
