Very bad service, incompetent, etc

No expiration dates on crisp packets, 35 instead of 50 packets in a bale are just 2 of the problems I have had with Frimax Foods. I contacted their Head Office in KZN (end Jan early Feb) about it via email but received no response. I later contacted their Gauteng branch. This was at the begining of March. What followed were a few calls (at my expense), each time filled with empty promises. I then contacted the Gauteng branch and Head Office and asked to speak to the Manager or Director. No one could give me the names of said people or put me through to them. I am disgusted that they would treat paying customers like this!

I am now wiating for another call from them. Wish me luck...
