Pathetic Service

Sent my cellphone in for repairs 2 months ago and have still not received my phone back. I have contacted the consultants at the branch mentioned above and have received no help. After several failed attempts to get the phone back and no response from the branch, I then contacted head office and spoke to a consultant who informed me that I should wait 24 hours and the manager would call me back but no one had contacted me back. Another week has passed since I called head office and I still have not received the phone even though I am paying for the contract. This is a message to inform the public that Autopage renders pathetic service and I would advise people not to support them.
