Bad service (branch) & poor response (Head office)

Work was performed at my house in an unprofessional manner. In short I was sent out to buy materials, had a trench dug along my yard for an illegal connection and I now have a broken shower.

The dealer manager apologised and instead offered to complete the work in a private capacity for me. I was disgusted and contacted head office. After repeated calls to head office another plumber from head office was sent out. After yet another week I still don't have a quote to fix what they broke in the first place and complete the work which was initially quoted upon.
