I went to your Adderley Street branch to apply for a MIGRATION card on the 03/09/13 whereby immediate approval was given. The following day I received an sms stating that a LIMIT INCREASE was done, & this was NOT what I had applied for! Later that same day I was contacted by the branch saying I need to come in as Head Office cannot release the card as I need to be in the branch. I then went in and the consultant contacted head office who kept referring the consultant to different departments for assistance. I was waiting in the branch for almost an hour as head office eventually didn't answer the calls and I ended up leaving with no resolution! I then had to go into the branch AGAIN the following day only to be told that head office now needs PROOF OF ADDRESS to release the funds & this would take a further 24-48 hours!! I was also informed that at HEAD OFFICE the application still showed as a LIMIT INCREASE when I was APPROVED for a MIGRATION CARD!!! Please explain to me how there is absoluely NO proper communication between the branch & head office and WHY does it take this long to just release the funds?? The customer service is really pathetic! To now I'm STILL in the dark!!!
