I bought a bed and the wardrobe and the very same day I was asked to signed for the wrong bed that I did not choose but with the same high price for the one i chose in the begining. After picking that up I told them that i was not willing to pay for that bed at the same price the one that was out of stock. They quickly changed the amounts and I signed the contract. When my goods were delivered I picked up that the wardrobe door had a broken door handle and the bed had something like stones or blood clots inside and the following day I went to the shop and told the manager who promised to send guys to come and check. I waited and no luck and he complained about transport to come to me I told him that I can pick the guys up with my car. Every time I go there the guys were out. I reported the matter to Johannesburg but did not get help until today. Bluff branch in contacted them and they made empty promises, the bed and the wardrobe is still the same and no help received from either Head office or Greytown branch for a year and a half. I am very angry and upset as they are debiting my account every month since last year but no help received from them. Only empty promises.
